This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of our website, located at https://www.joingather.org (the “Site”) and any of its subdomains, and the services we provide to you (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use found at https://joingather.org/terms-of-use (the “Terms”).
The Privacy Policy describes the information that we gather from you, how we use and disclose your information, and the steps we take to protect your information. By using the Site or the App, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- Business transfers: In connection with any merger, liquidation, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, user information may be transferred or acquired by a third party.

You may decline to share certain information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you with some of the features and functionality of the Site.

- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:
The Site and Services are not intended for or directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 13 years of age has provided us with information, please alert us at hello@joingather.org.
- DATA SECURITY:

This Site is controlled and operated by Gather Well LLC in the United States. If you choose to access the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge that you will be transferring your information, including Personal Information, to the United States for storage and processing. Where required, we comply with applicable legal frameworks relating to the collection, storage, use, and transfer of personal information.
If you reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom, we will collect and use your Personal Information only if we have one or more legal bases for doing so under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), respectively.
